We Built This Shitty

I couldn’t stop laughing while reading An Oral History of “We Built This City,” the Worst Song of All Time. I personally don’t think the song deserves the title (it’s in my collection) but after hearing how it came to be I can understand the reasoning.

The song says we built this city on live music, let's bring it back—but the music is computerized. It complains about techno pop, but it's a techno-pop song. It exemplifies the problem it's protesting.
